Eye Liner Pencils/Lip Liner Pencils

Lining pencils and Cake Eyeliner are the two most common forms of makeup for creating the darkening around the eye for dramatic effects.  A pencil is classic and simple and our pencils offer a wide range of shades with which to work.

Cake Eyeliner can be applied with a lining brush, #2, #3 or #4 Round, using either water or, for an ultra durable result, using our Magic Set Mixing & Lining Liquid.
